1. About Weddmatch

Weddmatch is an online service that helps couples design a personalised wedding plan based on a style and personality assessment, and that connects them with wedding vendors across Europe. By using the website you agree to these Terms.

2. The service we provide

• A free style and personality questionnaire that produces a draft wedding plan.
• A full personalised plan unlocked through a one-time €28 payment, including matched vendor recommendations.
• Optional introductions to wedding vendors matched to your profile.

The plan is a creative recommendation, not a contractual offer. Vendors listed on Weddmatch are independent third parties; we do not employ them or guarantee their availability, pricing or quality on a given date.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country to use Weddmatch.

4. Payment, refunds, and the €28 plan

The personalised plan unlocks for €28 (twenty-eight euros) including any applicable taxes, processed by Stripe. Because the plan is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing the checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the plan is delivered.

If the plan fails to be delivered for technical reasons within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

5. Vendor relationships and commissions

Where a vendor is matched to your plan and you sign a contract with that vendor through Weddmatch, the vendor pays Weddmatch a 2% commission on the contract value. You pay no additional fee to Weddmatch beyond the €28 plan. The commission does not affect the price the vendor offers you, and vendors are required not to inflate their pricing because of the commission.

Any contract between you and a vendor is exclusively between the two of you. Weddmatch is not a party to that contract.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, harm or impersonate others.
• Submit deliberately false or malicious assessment answers.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to access the service in unauthorised ways.
• Use Weddmatch to violate any law applicable to you.

7. Intellectual property & personal use

The Weddmatch brand, code, design and editorial content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. The wedding plan we generate for you (including the matched-vendor list with their contact details) is licensed to you strictly for personal use in planning your own wedding. You may not resell, publish, redistribute or share it with parties not involved in your wedding planning. Each PDF you download is watermarked with your email and a unique plan identifier for accountability.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The plan is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any specific event. Wedding planning involves many third parties whose performance we cannot guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or banner on the site. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Weddmatch is established. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply. Disputes you cannot resolve with us may be brought to the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
